Once you have taken the first step and have contacted us with information regarding your medical condition and requirements, and decide that you would like to engage our health consultancy services, we will create a preliminary quote for you based on our own experiences and information provided by relevant specialists in the medical field. This cost estimate is divided into three (3) sections.
Diagnosis costs
The diagnosis costs include all the costs beginning with travel arrangements up to diagnosis and repatriation.
Treatment costs

 The treatment costs comprise the estimated costs of the medical treatment (surgery, therapy, etc.). The actual costs will be negotiated individually with the patient or the patient's family members after the diagnosis has been made and a treatment plan has been submitted by the medical specialist. Should you agree with the therapy, we will kindly ask you to pay these costs in advance.
Rehabilitation costs

Rehabilitation costs are, initially, approximate costs which are calculated if you decide to make use of post-therapy rehabilitation measures in one of our rehabilitation centers.

An initial down payment of 60% of the total estimated costs will be required prior to your arrival in Germany. The remaining 40% will be due before you start your treatment.

We can offer you the following payment methods: Cash payment - i.e. bank transfer or credit card. Any supplementary services you require, including shuttle, limousine or interpreting services, shall be settled upon arrival.
